The HealthTech Venture Network proudly welcomes Assistant Director of the Boston College Women’s Center Rachel DiBella, MSW, LCSW, to our 2017 Conference lineup – as moderator to our “Implementing Technology Solutions in Women’s Health” panel. Held from 11:30 a.m. – 12:30 p.m., this discussion illuminates the audience on innovations in women’s health – from software solutions to biotech to medical devices – as we explore the current state and future of healthcare technology specifically designed for women.
DiBella is a women’s health expert, clinician, educator and speaker.
In her current role at the Boston College Women’s Center, DiBella oversees the day to day operations of several large scale wellness mentoring and leadership programs. DiBella is also responsible for the implementation and supervision of the university’s gender-based violence response services and prevention education. She completed her master’s in social work at Boston College, with a special clinical focus on sexual trauma recovery in LGBQT communities, and previously conducted graduate studies in women’s health and human rights at Suffolk University. In addition to her clinical roles, DiBella serves as visiting faculty in the sociology and social work departments at Framingham State University and B.C.
