The HealthTech Venture Network is excited to welcome Daryl Drabinsky of Aetna to our 2017 Conference line up, as a speaker on the “Female Leadership Benefiting Tech Innovation” panel. Held from 11:30 a.m. – 12:30 p.m., this moderated round-table discussion seeks to dive into why female leadership benefits technology innovation in the healthcare industry.

Drabinsky is director of communications, digital strategy at Aetna, where she leads digital strategy, innovation and analytics within Aetna’s communications organization.

Her work building digital capabilities in traditional industries has led to award-winning results, including recognition from the Financial Times and Legal Marketing Association. She was named to Brand Innovators’ “40 under 40 Brand Marketers” list in 2017.

An accomplished business leader and strategic marketer who combines left brain creativity with strong right brain analytical discipline, Drabinsky drives cultural change in organizations by engaging and influencing diverse stakeholders with innovative ideas and analytical tools. Drabinsky is skilled at building and leading multi-disciplinary teams and partnering with P&L leaders to deliver results that impact the bottom line.

Passionate about supporting the advancement of women in the workplace, Drabinsky founded Northwestern University’s chapter of 85 Broads (now Ellevate), co-chaired the Wharton Women in Business Conference and joined the 2016 Women in America mentee class. She is a member of the advisory board for Rutgers University’s CX program and co-chair of the NYCLU’s Associate Council.

Drabinsky received her MBA in marketing and management from the Wharton School in 2010, after graduating with a BA in political science from Northwestern University in 2008.
